She is survived by: her parents, Donna Urbano Davison and James John Metsopulos; her siblings, Anthony (Moonie Urbano), Jason (Marycela Urbano), Daniel (Pamela Metsopulos), James Paul Metsopulos (Lexis) and Marlena Davison (Brittany); her niece Morgan; and her nephews, Jett and Jeremiah. She is also survived by her godson; several extended family members; and many caregivers and friends.
