She was predeceased by: her husband Francisco; and her brother Antonio. She is survived by: her son Joe; her grandchildren, Michael, Brian, Katie Julie, Vicente and Mario (AnneMarie); her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Julian; and her brother Fernando DaSilva.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hosptial, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, in loving memory of Maria.
