He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dougher and Helen Dougher (Trypuc). He is survived by: his children, John and Michelle Dougher; his siblings, Helen Dougher (Arlene), Thomas Dougher (Elaine) and Joseph Dougher (Diane); his nephews, Thomas Dougher and Daniel Dougher; and his niece Amy Dougher.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harrison Fire Department in care of the funeral home in loving memory of John.
