She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph DeRocker; her siblings, Mary Keesler, William and Thomas Wignall; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Aughtry.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph L. DeRocker, III (Michelle), Thomas DeRocker (Kirsten), Joann Easterday (Joseph) and Donna Flatley (Thomas); her siblings, Dorothy "Dot", Joseph Wignall and Diane Van Louvander; her sister-in-law Judith Mikilitus; and her grandchildren, Joseph Leopold DeRocker IV, Mathew John DeRocker, Thomas Joseph DeRocker, Stephanie Ann Flatley, Stephen Michael Easterday, Brian Anthony Easterday, Jason Owen Easterday and Brittnay DeRocker.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Harrison Cancer League in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of Frances.
