He is survived by: his wife Denise Davidson Eckert; his children, Erin Cuomo (Michael), Gianna, Michael, Christopher Eckert (Kristin Trentham), Ryan Eckert and Shaun Fenrow Eckert (Olivia); his grandchildren, Logan and Lyla; and his sisters, Karen "Kitty" Volk (Danny), Genie Brown (George) and Connie Barasky (Bruce).
