He was predeceased by: his father Edward N. Osciak, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Leatrice "Lee" Osciak; and his siblings, Linda Slimm (Edward), Edward N. Osciak, Jr. (Charlene), David Osciak (Susan), Paul Osciak (Denise) and John Osciak (Toni Marie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
