He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Jane" Hoopes; his parents, Marie Hoopes (Davis) and Eugene J Hoopes; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Anna Capelli; and his sister-in-law Joanna Capelli.
He is survived by: his daughter Ann Catherine Byers (Frank); his grandson Frank Byers Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Capelli, Jr. (Geneva), Robert Capelli, Maria Clark, Catherine Capelli Viers (Jeff) and Patricia Capelli; his friend Judy O'Neill (Tomasello); his grandson Frankie; his daughter Annie; his granddaughter Gianna; and also Anthony.
