She was predeceased by: her daughter Kelly Rose Samuelson; and her mother Frances L. Berenato. She is survived by: her son Joseph A. Samuelson; her father Anthony J. Berenato (Heidi); her siblings, Anna E. Warburton (Michael) and Joseph F. Berenato (Robyn); her cousin Jaime L. Cirillo; and her stepsisters, Melissa Brower and Nicole DeAnnuntis. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
