It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne R. Ertel of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Squibb and Ruth Squibb; her brothers, Jeffrey and Edward Squibb; and her husband Thomas A. Ertel.

She is survived by: her close friend Barbara Perdue; her children, Thomas J. Ertel (Alison Hyman-Ertel) of Hamilton, Tricia R. Ray of Hamilton and Scott R. Ertel (Christine Ertel) of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Isabela, Madalyn, Joshua, Kara, Matthew and Raymond; her great grandchildren, Levi and Callie; and her nephews, Frank and Edward Squibb. She is also survived by her loving cousins and many friends and family.
