He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Devlin and Margaret McLean Devlin; and his siblings, James Devlin, Jean Mullen, Christopher and Edward Devlin.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Devlin; his children, John W. Devlin, Barbara Ann (David Morales), Christopher (Janet Devlin), April (Vincent DiMatteo) and Darlene (Joseph Battista); and his grandchildren, Katie Devlin, Kelsey (Brian Wardell), Emily Anne Devlin, Mary Catherine Devlin, Vincenzo DiMatteo, Angelina DiMatteo, Molly Devlin and Grace Morales.
