He is survived by: his son Gerald Kusek (Deborah); his grandchildren, Rick Campbell, Joe Caputo, Andrew Kusek, Michael Hanuschick, Lisa Waters, Jennifer (Rob Whitlock), Scott Moen and Jillian Marpet; and his sister Loretta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
