He is survived by: his wife Grazyna Ptasznik; his daughters, Agnieszka Baran (Marek), Angelika Kulig (Maciek) and Agata Grzyb (Robert); his grandchildren, Andrea, Amelia, Mateusz, Maciek, Jasiu and Alicja; his stepchildren, Dawid Ptasznik (Cailin) and Thomas Ptasznik (Kathleen); and his stepgrandchildren, Ryder, Skyler, Adrianna, Jaxson and Luka. He is also survived by his family and friends.
