She was predeceased by: her husband William Munkacsy; and her siblings, John, Walter Kazar, Frances, Stella, Helen and Bertha.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolann (Ralph Van Blarcom) and Marion (Anthony Murphy); her granddaughters, Karen Eastman, Lisa Permunian and Maggie Castro (Murphy); her great grandchildren, Matthew and Rebecca; and her sister Edith Wesneski.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Hamburg Fire Department or the St. Jude's Church.
