She is survived by: her spouse Antonis Papadourakis; her children, Grigorios Papadourakis, Antonios Papadourakis and Andreas Papadourakis; her parent Kathleen M.; and her siblings, David McGuigan, Francis McGuigan and Paul McGuigan. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Kosh to the ALS Association of the Greater Philadelphia area.
