She was predeceased by: her former husband Herbert Wallace Hazen; her parents, Llewellyn Dale Key and Grace Key; her grandparents, Clark Middleswarth Barstow, MD and Ella Louisa Barstow; and her mother-in-law Laura Lavah Hazen of Marceline, MO.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Vasko (Jack) of Richmond, VA and Andrea Hazen of London, England; and her husband Herb. She is also survived by grandparents, aunt, and uncles.
