He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Sultzbaugh and Mary Sultzbaugh (Shaffer); his pet Dougie; his wife Judith Sultzbaugh (Matter); his children, Rebecca (James West) and Philip (Lisa); his grandchildren, Dorian Crow, Benjamin West, Taylor Stokes-Schumacher, Jada, Jazzmine and Xavier Sultzbaugh; and his sister Mary Ellen Paul.
He would be pleased if memorial contributions were made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, No Kid Hungry, or the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation or if acts of kindness were made in his memory.
