It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Formato of Green Brook, New Jersey, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Peter B. Formato; and his grandparents, Raphael, Josephine Formato, John and Julia Carroll (Debbie Lynn Formato).
He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Formato; his children, Jennifer Devine (Jeffrey), Peter Jr. and Matthew; his grandchildren, Trevor, Anthony, Hunter Nicole, Brandon, Lillie, Samantha, Thomas, Kyle, Matthew and Mason; his brothers, Michael (Tonya) and Raphael (Debbie); his niece Olivia; and his nephews, Matthew and Raphael Jr..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given too St Judes Children's research hospital in Peter's honor.
