He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Brinn and Doris Brinn-Hommer; and his siblings, Maurice J. Brinn, Michael J. Brinn and Doris M. Brinn.

He is survived by: his nephew Bernie Kloss (Carrie); his nieces, Jamie Redmond and Tonya Melvin (Dan); his stepsister Renee Brinn-Williams; and his aunt Veronica Virden.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of William to St. Mary's Church, 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030.
