It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles M. Keenan Jr. of Gloucester City, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Keenan, Sr. and Mary Keenan; his wife Elizabeth Keenan; his granddaughter Charmaine C. Seiverd; his children-in-law, Richard W. Seiverd, Sr. and Audrey Keenan; and his siblings, Jack, Ed, Leo, James, Joe, John, Billy, Franny, Helen Gismonde, Mary Griffith and Catherine Wilke.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Keenan (Cynthia), Janice Seiverd and Stephanie Hevey; his grandchildren, Richard W. Seiverd, Jr., Shana, Lee Barnes, Chaz, Rikki Keenan, Meghan and Katelyn Hevey; and his great grandchildren, Giavonna, Joshua, Devin, Kyle, Layla, Mariah, Ashton, Braeden and Jaeden.
