She was predeceased by: her husband George F. Groves; her close friend Fred Schilling; her siblings, Joseph Coughlan (Mary Ellen) and Pauline Mullins (Larry); and her sister-in-law Rosemary Wagner (Harry).
She is survived by: her significant other Fred; her children, Peggy Ann Cedermark (Bert) of Glen Rock and Kevin Groves (Carla) of Montgomery, NY.; her grandchildren, Dr. Kyle Cedermark (Emily), Dr. Craig Cedermark (Hannah), Andrew Cedermark (Carianne), Shanna Colella (Frank) and Sean Groves (Aria); her great grandchildren, Svea, Otto, Arthur, Gavin and Hudson; and her siblings, Maureen Hussian (late Vincent) and Kirby Coughlin (Carolyn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
