He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; and his children, Philadelphia, James (Seton) of Verona and Thomas of Hoboken.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Hope Pregnancy Resource Center, 149 Third Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675, or the Salvation Army.
