He was predeceased by: his wife Alyse; his siblings, Joseph, Anthony, Lillian, Mary and Elizabeth; and his parents, Gaetano DeEugenio and Pasqueta DeEugenio.

He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Petroni (Nick, Sr.), Lewis DeEugenio, Jr. (Leila) and Cynthia Scaffidi (Timothy, Sr.); and his grandchildren, Alyson Lawrence (Jason), Nick Petroni, Jr. (Colleen), Stephanie Salisan (Neal), Deborah Mayro (Greg), Lewis DeEugenio III (Rachel), Kimberly Denton (Hagen), Lisa DeEugenio, Alyse Scaffidi, Alexis Scaffidi and Timothy Scaffidi, Jr.. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
