He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Karen Crisante; and his sister Carmela Murphy (Edward). He is survived by: his daughters, Sharlene Butler (David), Julie Aguero (Johnathan) and Kathryn Futia (Jerry Smith); and his brothers, Vincent Futia (Kathleen), Michael Futia (Christine) and James Futia (Mary). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
