He is survived by: his parents, Michael Kuch and Mary Kuch; his wife Karen Cheety (Macaluso); his daughter Kelly Kuch; his stepchildren, Michael Cheety, Brandon Cheety and Ashley Cheety; his siblings, Michael Kuch and Maryellen Kuch; and his stepmother Rosie Kuch.
