He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Costa and Mary Costa (Engelhardt) of Garwood; his former wife Martha Bruno of Westfield; his wife Joanne Metoyer of Anaheim; his brother John of Nevada; his children, Denise Brock (John), Cheryl and Joseph Jr.; his stepsons, Anthony Preston of Utah and Derek Metoyer of California; and his sisters, Delores Benoit (Roland) and Joni Ujily of Nevada. He was also cherished by 2 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
