She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kevin O'Brien and Mary Theresa Acinapura. She is survived by: her sisters, Rosemary (Ken Doran) and Joan O'Brien; her husband Michael G. Madia; and her children, Michael (Halle), Eric (Tami), Laura (John), Gregory, Amy (David) and Jeffrey (Heather). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Foundation for Pulmonary Hypertension.
