It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna D. Black of Freehold, New Jersey, who passed away on November 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Downey and Irene Downey (Markwith); her sister Doris Rudrauff; her husbands, George R. Black and Waldon Casler; and her close friend Howard "Gene" Coyne.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Black and James "Bo" Black (Maureen O'Brien); her granddaughters, Caitlin O'Brien Black and Alison Black Gallagher (Bernard); and her great grandchildren, Maeve S. and Bernard F. X. Gallagher.
Memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN would be appreciated.
