She is survived by: her husband Grigoriy Zilberg; her children, Olga Steinhauser (Dan) and Alex Zilberg (Aneta Zieleniewska); her grandchildren, Lia, Adina and Aaron; her sister Olga Panevina (Vladimir); her nephews, Eugene (Natasha) and Dmitri (Krista); her great-nephews, David and Samuel; her great-niece Vasilisa; and her brother-in-law Konstantin Zilberg (Ella).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, 480 Red Hill Road, Middletown Township, NJ 07748, who guided her in her courageous fight against pancreatic cancer, or Centrastate Healthcare Foundation, 225 Willow Brook Road #5, Freehold, New Jersey 07728, whose compassionate staff brought love and dignity to Alla at her most vulnerable time.
