He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Theresa Jackiewicz. He is survived by: his daughters, Annmarie Jackiewicz, Denise Braithwaite and Rachel Jackiewicz; his son-in-law Allen Braithwaite; his stepgranddaughters, Paige Braithwaite and Chelsea Braithwaite; and his siblings, Barbara Tuohy (Frank), Joe Jackiewicz (Mary) and James Jackiewicz (Geri).
