He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Sodano and Josephine Sodano; and his wife Beatrice Sodano. He is survived by: his brother Joseph Sodano; his siblings-in-law, Marie Farina and Gilbert Mendez; his children, Stephen Sodano, Michael Sodano (Virginia) and Rene Holst (Thomas); his grandchildren, Kevin Sodano, Caroline Sodano, Tanner Sodano and Colleen Sodano; his nephew Paul Farina (David); his great-niece Charlotte; and his great-nephew Leo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's name to Interfaith Food Pantry of Morris Plain, NJ.
