He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor John and Lydia Miller Ostermiller; and his sister Lydia Marlene Rabe. He is survived by: his wife Ann Ostermiller; his stepchildren, J. Timothy Bond (Doriann) of Holland, PA, Sharon Westphal of Southborough, MA, Ivy Bond Locey of Granger, IN and Laura DaSilva (Fernando) of Ringoes, NJ; his nieces, Traci Spencer (John) of East Smithfield, PA and Kelli Rivera (Huascar) of Bethlehem, PA; his brother-in-law Paul Rabe of Saylorsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Olivia, Grace, Ben and Elena; his great-nephews, Stephen and Nathan; and his great-niece Cassidy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 grandnephews, and a grandniece.
