Phillips of Flemington, New Jersey, born in Newburgh, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Congelosi and Margaret Quick Congelosi; and her sons, Peter Phillips and Jeffrey Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah; her son-in-law Manny Aguilar of Lebanon, NJ; and her grandchildren, Devyn McGrew (Tom) of Quakertown, NJ, Jarrett Aguilar of Lebanon, NJ. and Christopher Aguilar of Lebanon, NJ..
