He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mullen and Shirley Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Harke-Mullen; his children, James Mullen, Jr. (Victoria), Crystal Mullen (Chris Czapik) and Brandon Mullen; his stepsons, Eric Swick and Brian Swick; his siblings, Sharon (Kevin Conley), Jodie (Bob Wood), Peter (Amy Mullen), Michael (Elsa Mullen) and Lynda (Steve Jerolman); his grandson Jason; and his former wife Shirley Mullen. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
