He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Dalley (Brokaw) and Bergen Dalley; and his brothers, Bergen, Arthur, Sherwin, George and Milton.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Dalley (Arch); his daughter Blissinda Waichulis of Nanticoke, PA; his granddaughter Samantha Waichulis of Nanticoke, PA; and his sister-in-law Betty Dalley (Arthur). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
