He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore J. Bassman, Sr. and Irene Viola Bassman (Knipping); his son Timothy; his wife Nancy Bassman; and his children, Jennifer Bassman Ruch and Peter Bassman. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
