Suflonia MacK Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suflonia MacK (Fair Lawn, New Jersey), born in Roxobel, North Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Dawson Nichols; her husband Moses L. Mack Sr.; her mother Sadie Nichols; her siblings, Sadie Hardy, Mary Lee Richardson, Thelma Lee, McKinley Nichols, Charles Nichols, Clarence Nichols, JT Nichols, Ernest Nichols and Wendell Nichols; her grandson Najee Mack; and her adoptive daughter Iris Laws.
She is survived by: her children, Moses L. Mack Jr. (Marlene) of Paterson, NJ., Apostle Marvin E. Mack (Pastor Violet) of Lodi, NJ. and Deaconess Karen D. Mack-Burton (Deacon Richard) of Paterson, NJ.; her grandchildren, Jamahal, Hakeema, Kasuan, Vinisha, Musa, Moses, Ashley, Hassen, Anthony and A'saadah; her great grandchildren, Dainasia, Alecia, Malaysia, Zah, Avion, Yasmine and Ma'lani; her great great grandchild Aubree; her siblings, Virginia Gray of Lodi, NJ. and Robert Nichols (Ellen) of Indian Trail, NC.; her adoptive daughters, Michelle Robinson, Vett Lewis and Stacey Witted; her godson Vance DeGroat; her daughter Joy Hunt; and also Violet Mack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
She also worked as a teacher's assistant at Rainbow Day Care in 1993 located in Passaic, NJ, and then went on to work at Healing Beginning Foundation Inc., where she assisted her daughter as a group counselor in 2020-2021 located in Paterson, NJ.
