He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Vaughan (Masterson); and his siblings, Thomas Vaughan and Mildred Buggé. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Vaughan, Debbie Milnes, Eileen Hennecke (Rudy), Carol Foca (Darryl) and John Vaughan, III (Wendi); his grandchildren, Shannon, Kevin, Kaitlin, Jaclyn, Samantha, Maureen, Steven, Darryl Jr., Billy, Kasey, Dylan, Kyle, Megan, Johnny IV and Austin; his great grandchildren, Carson, Piper, William, Lane, Paityn, Penelope, Robert Jr., Mason, Darryl III, Aubrey, Brayden and Zachery; his siblings, Robert Vaughan (Patricia) and Catherine Ann Gallagher; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Veri.
