He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Kimberly Jane Nestor and Susan Mary Kuiken; his grandchildren, Grace, Jillian, Liam and Lucy; and his siblings, Sherrill Windeler of Florida, Robert W. Kuiken of Speculator, NY, Arlene Vander Weert of Florida, Richard M. Kuiken of Nebraska, Diane Bosloper of Hawthorne and Dennis Kuiken of Wyckoff.
Memorial donations may be made in Donald's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
