It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Carfi of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Carfi and Giovanna Carfi (Micieli). He is survived by: his spouse Palmina Carfi (Puzzo); his children, Giovanni Carfi (Michelle), Anthony Carfi (Mariel) and Michelle Carfi (Matteo Croop); his grandchildren, Michael, Marissa, Melanie and Emily Carfi; and his sister Lina Cagia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael's name may be sent to St. Michael's Church, 70 Cianci St., Paterson, NJ 07501. *Please remember that according to the current state mandate, a face mask is still required to be worn by all visitors while inside the funeral home.
