He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis F. Maday and Bertha P. Kamowski; his siblings, Sylvia Hastings, Bernadine Grant and Raymond Maday; and his wife Mary Judith Gale.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Maday Vozeh; his children, Laurin (Eric Lorson), Ron (Angela Drexler) and Lisa (Robert Muller Jr.); his grandchildren, David, Melissa, Brooke, Chelsea, Nick, Sean and Adam; and his friend Florence Place.
