He was predeceased by: his father Robert C. Smith; his brother Barry; and his granddaughter Veronica Rosina. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jane Smith (Corwonski); his children, Valerie (Carlos Nunez), Robert (Renee) and Mark; his grandsons, Nick, Myles and Simon; and his brother Bryan.

Donations in Bob's honor may be made to JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or The Vineland YMCA Seals Swim Team.
