He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Choff and Helene Choff. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Bucci Choff; his children, Jeffrey Choff and Jodie Choff O'Connor (Chris); his grandchildren, Sydney Choff, Jordan Choff, Paige O'Connor and Quinlan O'Connor; and his sister Barbara Witzigman (Jim) of Sparta, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
