He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene M. Rys; his children, Jodi Mancino, Barbara Mayerchak, Lorri Izzo (Mark), Michele Phillips (Brian), Kelly Rogers (Don), Dana Nitto (Brian), Michael Rys (Brooke), Ashley Rys and Lisa Rys; his stepchildren, Kurt Dechert, Peter Dechert (Stacie) and Bonnie Felten (Kevin); and his siblings, Edward Rys (Nancy) and Joetta Certosimo. He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren.
