He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria (Fraga); his children, Andrea Ottaiano (Joseph) of Morris Twsp and John V. Citarelli of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Charlotte and Eric; and his brother Vincent. He was also cherished by several nieces and a niece.
