He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Nazzaro; and his brother Michael Nazzaro. He is survived by: his child Dana Motyl (Dale) of Frank Nazzaro; his wife Dina; his grandchildren, Gia, Dale, Alex, Paige, Annie, Lauren, Michael, Mary, Madison and Remy; and also, Anthony Nazzaro (Debbie) and Nancy Hill (Toby).
