It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene D. Cutter (East Hanover, New Jersey), who passed away on July 24, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cutter and Josephine Cutter (Buis); his daughter Dawn A. Kelly; and his brother John R. Cutter. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Hall; and his children, Douglas Cutter (Cheryl) of Marshalls Creek, PA, Cindy Knill of East Hanover, Valerie Garrigan (Jim) of Cumming, GA and Pamela Dowling (Pat) of Oxford, NJ. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations to the NJ Fireman's Home in Boonton or the East Hanover Fire Department are preferred to flowers.
