She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Berneike and Martha Berneike. She is survived by: her siblings, Rick Berneike (Cheryl) and Beth McBride (Jim); her nieces and nephews, Ben Berneike (Kate), Daniel McBride (Katie), Ryan McBride and Emily McBride; and her great-nephew Chase.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in memory of Krista to Sanford School, 6900 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin DE 19707.
