She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Hewitt and Bessie Ivy Kerr Hewitt; her husband Herbert M. Culberson; her son Kenneth L. Culberson; and her siblings, Vernon Hewitt, Jonathan Hewitt, Charles Hewitt, Elva Smith, Elsie Sheerer and Helen Piell.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis, Peggy Culberson, Donna and John Todd; her sisters, E. Shirley Kiskurno and Ruth Schneider; her grandchildren, Gregory (Debbie Culberson), Heather (Ross Coderoni), Timothy Todd (Jenna Organetti) and Stephen (Victoria Culberson); and her great grandchildren, McKenzie O'Donnell, Madilyn O'Donnell, Ashley Culberson, Benjamin Culberson and Carissa Coderoni. She is also survived by several extended family members; and many dear friends.
