He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bertolami and Catherine Bertolami; his wife Joan M. Bertolami; and his brother Sal Bertolami. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Martinez (Dana) of Forked River and Denise C. Bertolami of Belmar; his granddaughters, Alison (Richard Swank) and Laura Martinez; his great grandchild Joanna Swank; and his sister-in-law Karen.
