We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2019, at the age of 100, Walter A. MacK (Colonia, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Maciejczuk and Sophie Maciejczuk. He is also survived by his son, daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, their spouses, and three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Walters name to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, 3401 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
